We manufacture products with great dedication and love, always seeking quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect and to maintain the credibility gained from our customers, we comply with the provisions of the Federal Consumer Law and its Regulations, Langeltec Automotive accepts changes in merchandise exclusively for purchases made in our stores, provided that it has not been altered. the product by the consumer customer and against the delivery of the purchased product. In cases where the product arrives damaged, our people must be notified immediately to replace the product.
You will have up to 5 business days to return your product that arrived defective or in poor condition or to request a product exchange for another (as long as it has not been used). Automotive Langeltec will refund the amount paid for the product in a maximum of 15 business days. The consumer client will have the obligation to return the product in the same conditions in which it was received and without having used it.
If the exchange or return is due to a problem beyond Langeltec Automotive, the freight and insurance costs will be borne by the consumer.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- That the products were promoted on sale.
- The packaging or product delivered are not the originals.
- The product arrived with violated and false labels.
- The product arrives in poor condition with another form of misuse by the consumer.
Langeltecautomotive must attend to the consumer and satisfy the claim. can deny if the product was used in conditions other than those recommended or of its nature or if has suffered an essential deterioration, which is not repairable and serious for reasons attributable to the client.
